A Hampton Roads local Taylor grew up in Yorktown and graduated from Tabb High School. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Urban and Regional studies. Starting his Real estate Career in 2019 earning a GOLD award at VPAR with over 7.5 million in sales for the 2021 sales year. Taylor Is Ready to help you reach your Real Estate Goals.

SILAS BAUM

Silas is originally from Utah. After 9 years of active duty service in the Navy, most which spent in the Hampton roads area, he now considering himself a local. While serving, his passion became training and mentoring those around him, he’s thrilled to have the opportunity to continue that passion as a Realtor. Silas is also the Vice-President of the Virginia War Museum Foundation, giving him the opportunity to make an impact in our local community. Gifted with a knack for project management he looks forward to bringing his love of service and passion for mentorship to our agents and clients alike.

Born in Maryland to hardworking immigrant parents, I learned the value of resilience early on. After graduating High school l faced a difficult decision ; take a few years off school to lessen the financial burden on my family or Enlist. Opting for independence and the capability to support them, I enlisted in the US Navy at 19. Life in the military has given me numerous opportunities, opportunities I’d never thought I’d have. Although one lingering thought constantly persisted, what comes next?
I’ve always been told my greatest strengths are the ability to adapt, master skills fairly quickly, and my natural affinity for connecting with others. And thanks to my long time friend and now mentor, I became inspired by his hard work and dedication, making the leap to venture into real estate. Fully committed to using my strengths to help people through one of life's biggest milestones.
